The Investment

Therapy is an investment. In you. In your relationships. In your physical, mental, and emotional health. In your overall sense of well-being. In your present and your future. The financial investment in therapy is one that continues to grow beyond your time in session and yields a return that is yours to keep forever.

 

Fees

Please call for additional information on my rates.

For current clients, phone calls that are 10-minutes or more will be charged the pro-rated amount.

I have a few spots reserved for sliding scale.  Please call me to inquire.

 

Payment

Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card. Full payment is expected at the beginning of our session. 

 

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider, which means that I do not bill insurance companies directly. Your therapy services may be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits or health care savings accounts. Health insurance plans and benefits vary, therefore please call your insurance provider to inquire about reimbursement for out-of-network counseling services.

If you choose to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement, please discuss this with me. I will be able to provide you with a document at the end of each month for out-of-network coverage/reimbursement that you will submit to your insurance company directly. I will not be fiscally accountable, should your insurance company be unable to reimburse your therapy costs.

 

Reduced Fees

I reserve low-fee sessions for current clients who may be experiencing financial distress. Please contact me directly if this may serve as a concern. If I am unable to accommodate your financial concern, I will offer referrals to other therapists.

 

Cancellation Policy

Regular attendance is key to effective therapy. Please make every effort to attend your scheduled sessions in order to maximize the benefits of therapy. Contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel/reschedule a session. If you cancel your appointment less than 48-hours before your scheduled session, you will be required to submit full payment for the late cancellation or missed session.
